Synopsis

Beneath the surface of the earth, where light fades and danger begins, men work in silence. Men of the Mine is the first episode of the Iran Documentary series — a raw and honest look into the lives of miners who enter the depths of the earth, sleep inside the mine, and spend their days and nights working underground. This episode is also a tribute to fathers — men who carry the weight of their families on their shoulders, extracting life from stone so their homes above ground can survive.
